Abstract
본 발명은 제강공정에서 고청정극저탄소강의 용강을 정련하는 RH 진공탈가스 장치 및 이를 이용한 정련방법에 관한 것으로써, 종래의 RH 진공 탈가스 장치의 하강 환류관에 가스취입노즐을 구비하여 이를 통해 불활성 가스를 취입하므로써, 용제(flux)를 사용하지 않고서도 정련 효율을 높일 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 환류시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 고청정 극저 탄소강의 용량정련용 RH 진공탈가스장치 및 이를 이용한 정련방법을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.The present invention relates to a RH vacuum degassing apparatus for refining molten steel of high clean ultra-low carbon steel in a steelmaking process and a refining method using the same, comprising a gas blowing nozzle in a downflow reflux tube of a conventional RH vacuum degassing apparatus.
