Abstract

본 발명은 방화직포용 수지조성물에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 디펜타에리쓰리톨 등을 혼합한 발포성 무기재료 혼합물에 수용성 수지를 혼합하고 여기에 액상 난연제를 첨가하여 통신 및 전력 케이블 수선시 제거하기 쉽고 재사용이 가능하며 내수성 및 방화특성이 우수한 통신 및 전력 케이블 보호용 방화직포로 유용한 수지조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 발포성 무기재료 혼합물 25∼50 중량%, 수용성 수지 30∼60 중량% (수분 포함), 액상 난여제 5∼20 중량% 및 계면활성제 0.05∼0.3중량%로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 방화직포용 수지조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발포성 무기재료 혼합물은 암모니움 폴리포스페이트 15∼30 중량%, 디펜타에리쓰리톨 5∼15 중량% 및 멜라미 수지 5∼15 중량%로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 방화직포용 수지조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 수지는 폴리우레탄 수지 2∼10 중량% 및 이브이씨에멀젼 수지 30∼50 중량%로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 방화직포용 수지조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액상 난연제는 염화파라핀게임을 특징으로 하는 방화직포용 수지조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제는 비이온계임을 특징으로 하는 방화직포용 수지조성물.
