Abstract

본 발명은 차량에서 사용되는 카울의 웨더스트립 구조에 관한 것으로, 카울(2)하단에 형성된 장착구멍(2a)에 클립(3)을 매개로하여 웨더스트립(4)이 장착되어 있으되, 상기 웨더스트립(4)은 상기 카울(2)에 장착되면서 결합구멍(6a)이 형성된 결합부(6)와 이 결합부(6)와 일체로 이루어지면서 단면형상이 ∩자형을 이루는 몸체부(7)로 이루어져, 상기 카울(2)위에 상기 웨더스트립(4)을 올려 놓고, 상기 장착구멍(2a)과 결합구멍(6a)을 일직선으로 정렬한 다음 이에 클립(3)을 삽입하면 카울(2)과 웨더스트립(4)이 간단하게 결합되어 조립시간을 줄일 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 카울(2)하단에 형성된 장착구멍(2a)에 클립(3)을 매개로하여 웨더스트립(4)이 장착되어 있으되, 상기 웨더스트립(4)은 상기 카울(2)에 장착되면서 결합구멍(6a)이 형성된 결합부(6)와 이 결합부(6)와 일체로 이루어지면서 단면형상이 ∩자형을 몸체부(7)로 이루어져, 상기 몸체부(7)의 선단부는 안쪽으로 절곡되어 상기 클립(3)의 머리부에 밀착되면서 압착되어 몸체부(7)를 상기 카울(2)상단부에 일정 간격을 두고 설치된 후드(5)쪽으로 밀어부쳐 밀봉효과를 높일 수 있도록 되어 있는 카울의 웨더스트립 구조.
