Abstract
본 발명은 대형 차량에서 사용되는 진공 부압을 브레이크등 스위치의 작동으로 추진축의 구동력에 의해 변속기 하우징에 별도로 설치되는 보조 진공 펌프를 구동시켜 진공 부압의 생성을 더욱 증대시키면서 동시에 제동 성능이 향상될 수 있도록 하는 진공 배력 장치에 대한 것이다. 즉 본 발명은 변속기의 출력축이 관통되도록 하면서 변속기 하우징 배면으로 고정착설시킨 보조 진공 펌프가 브레이크 등 스위치의 작동에 의해서 상기 펌프내 로터가 상기 출력축과 동시에 연동되도록 하는 접속 구조가 구비되도록 하되 상기 접속 구조는 하우징내에 고정시킨 브러시를 통해 슬립링으로 전류를 공급시키며 로터의 내주면으로 부착시킨 전자석에 자력을 형성시켜 출력축과 인력을 형성토록 하므로서 연동되도록 구조로 형성시켜 제동 작동시에 제동력을 이용하여 진공 펌프를 구동시키므로서 차량에서의 부압이 저하되는 것을 방지토록 하고 충분한 부압을 안정적으로 공급시키도록 하므로서 부압이 적용되는 작동 구조들의 작동성을 향상시킴과 동시에 에너지 이용을 효율적으로 하도록 하는 매우 유용한 효과가 있도록 하는 것이다.The present invention is to operate the auxiliary vacuum pump, which is installed in the transmission housing separately by the driving force of the propulsion shaft by the operation of the brake light switch to operate the vacuum negative pressure used in a large vehicle so that the braking performance can be improved while increasing the generation of the vacuum negative pressure.
