Abstract
본 발명은 앤티록제동시스템의 솔레노이트밸브고장검출수단에 관한 것으로서, 앤티록제동제어부를 구성하는 수단에서 주제어수단인 마이컴(E.C.U.:1)을 구비하고, 상기의 마이컴(M)에는 솔레노이드밸브(10)를 구동하는 구동트랜지스터(11)에 제어신호를 보내는 드라이브부(21)를 가지며 출력단에 경고등(13)을 구비하는 앤티록제동시스템에 있어서; 상기 마이컴(M)과 솔레노이드밸브(10)의 양단사이에 전압모니터링부(20)를 가지고, 상기 마이컴(M)은 전압모니터링부(20)에 의하여 검출된 전압레벨을 기준으로 솔레노이드밸브(10)의 고장발생여부를 판단하되, 상기 솔레노이드밸브(10)가 정상이고 작동을 하지 않는 제어에서는 A점은 HIGH, B점도 HIGH 신호를 검출하여 정상임을 판단하고, 솔레노이드밸브(10)가 정상이고 작동제어 상태에서는 A점은 HIGH, B점은 LOW로서 정상임을 판단하며, 비작동시의 A점이 HIGH, B점이 LOW이면 솔레노이드밸브(10)가 단선상태임을 감지하고 작동시의 A점이 HIGH, B점이 HIGH이면 솔레노이드밸브(10)가 단락상태임을 마이컴(M)이 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하여; 본 발명의 앤티록제동시스템의 솔레노이드밸브고장검출수단은 센서뿐만 아니고 전체 검출부의 회로의 단락을 검출하게 함으로서 제동시의 스키드를 방지하게 하는 앤티록제동시스템의 고장시 조기에 발견하여 수리할수 있게 하는 것을 목적으로 한다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1.
