Abstract

와이퍼 구동모터와 와이퍼 링키지를 카트리지 타입의 와이퍼 어셈블리로 구성하고, 이 와이퍼 어셈블리를 대시 패널에 형성된 공간구획구에 설치할 수 있도록 하는 조립성이 개선된 와이퍼 링키지의 설치구조를 제공하는 것이다.A wiper drive motor and a wiper linkage constitute a wiper assembly of a cartridge type, and provide an assembly structure of an improved wiper linkage for installing the wiper assembly in a space compartment formed in a dash panel.

본 발명의 와이퍼 어셈블리(10)에는 ㄱ자 형상의 패널(12)이 형성되어 그 내부에는 와이퍼 구동모터(14)와 와이퍼 링키지(16)가 장착된다. 그리고 상기 와이퍼 링키지(16)의 양측에 형성되는 와이퍼 피벗(16a)이 패널(12)의 천공된 구멍을 통해 돌출되어 도시되지 않은 와이퍼 암이 설치된다. 또한 상기 패널(12)에는 다수의 볼트공(12a)이 천공되어 구성된다. 상기 와이퍼 어셈블리(10)가 설치되는 대시 패널(20)에는 공간구획부(22)가 형성되고 공간 구획부(22)의 주위에는 다수의 웰딩볼트(24)가 설치되어 상기 와이퍼 어셈블리(10)의 패널(12) 볼트공(12a)이 공간구획부(22)주위의 웰딩 볼트(24)에 삽입되어 너트(26의 고정수단으로 와이퍼 어셈블리(10)가 대시 패널(20)에 설치되도록 한 것이다.In the wiper assembly 10 of the present invention, an L-shaped panel 12 is formed, and a wiper drive motor 14 and a wiper linkage 16 are mounted therein. The panel 12 bolt hole 12a is inserted into the welding bolt 24 around the space compartment 22 so that the wiper assembly 10 may be installed in the dash panel 20 by fixing means of the nut 26.
