Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 와이퍼 작동레버 설치구조에 관한 것으로 종래에는 러버는 그 재질이 약하고 부드러운 재질로 형성했기 때문에 쉽게 조향휠에 설치되지 못하고 또한 설치되었다손 치더라도 쉽게 탈거되는 문제가 있으며 그 체결 강도가 매우 약한 문제점 등이 발생했었다.
따라서 본 발명에서는 자동차의 조향휠(10)에 설치되는 와이퍼 작동레버(20) 설치구조에 있어서 상기 조향휠(10)에 끼워 고정되면서 상하면에 걸림 돌기(32)를 형성하고 내측에는 삽지공(34)을 관통시켜 된 고정구(30)와:상기 삽지공(34)에 끼워진 후 상기 걸림돌기(32)가 삽입 고정되는 구멍(42)을 형성하고 중앙 부위에는 주름부(44)를 형성하며 내측에는 상기 작동레버(20)가 끼워져 작동할 수 있게안내공(46)이 관통된 보호러버(40)로 구성된 것으로 와이퍼 작동레버를 조향휠에 설치할 경우 그 설치구조가 단순화될 뿐더러 보호레버가 고정된 상태에서 쉽게 이탈되지 않기 때문에 외관이 향상되는데 크게 기여하게 되는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차의 조향휠(10)에 설치되는 와이퍼 작동레버(20) 설치구조에 있어서 상기 조향휠(10)에 끼워 고정되면서 상하면에 걸림 돌기(32)를 형성하고 내측에는 삽지공(34)을 관통시켜 된 고정구(30)와:상기 삽지공(34)에 끼워진 후 상기 돌기(32)가 삽입 고정되는 구멍(42)을 형성하고 중앙 부위에는 주름부(44)를 형성하며 내측에는 상기 작동레버(20)가 끼워져 작동할 수 있게 안내공(46)이 관통된 보호러버(40)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 와이퍼 작동레버 설치구조.
