Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 안전벨트의 충격흡수장치에 관한 것으로, 버클(14)이 걸림구(15)가 장착되는 장착구(22)를 밀폐형으로 형성시키고, 이 장착구(22)내부에는 액체가 충진된 하나 이상의 슬라이더(28,30)를 겹겹이 설치하며, 최내측의 슬라이더(30)에 걸림구(15)의 걸림편(16)을 끼워 넣어서 된 것으로, 충돌사고시 버클(14)의 걸림구(15)후단에 형성된 걸림턱(16)이 슬라이더(30)내부에서 액압을 상승시켜 액체(24)를 외측으로 밀어내면서 상방으로 빠져나가도록 하므로써 안전벨트(10)가 다단계로 신장되면서 액체(24)가 안전벨트(10)의 순간적인 압박력을 감소시킬 수 있도록 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 자동차 안전벨트의 충격흡수장치에 있어서, 차체(20)에 고정되어 안전벨트(10)의 버클(14)후단에 부착된 걸림구(15)가 장작되는 장착구(22)는 밀폐된 공간으로 형성시키되, 이 장착구(22)의 내부에는 상방으로 슬라이드 가능하고 내부에 각각 액체(24)가 충진되며 내부의 액압이 소정압력 이상인 경우에 이탈되는 마개(26,27)를 설치한 하나 이상의 슬라이더(28,30)를 겹겹이 둘러싼 형태로 설치하며, 최내측의 슬라이더(30)에는 상기 걸림구(15)후단의 걸림턱(16)이 피스톤역할을 할 수 있도록 끼워 넣어서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 안전벨트 충격흡수장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마개(26,27)는 각 슬라이더(28,30)의 상부측에 설치한 것을 특징으로하는 자동차 안전벨트의 충격흡수장치.
