본 발명은 차량 프런트범퍼의 보강구조에 관한 것으로서 범퍼커버(20)내측에 구비되며 내측판넬(32)과 외측판넬(34)의 중앙부위를 상호 대응되게 각각 절곡 성형한후, 상·하 양단부를 상호 용착 결합하여 중앙의 절곡 부위에 소정의 공간부(36)를 형성한 보강브라켓(30)에 있어서, 상기 보강브라켓(30)의 내·외측판넬(32)(34)과 대응되게 절곡 성형한 내부브라켓(42)과 외부브라켓(44)의 상하 단부를 상기 내·외측판넬(32)(34)의 상하단 결합부(35) 사이에 개재시켜 용착 고정한 보강부재(40)로 구성되어서 차량 프런트범퍼의 범퍼커버 내측에 구비된 보강브라켓을 보강하여 범퍼 자체의 내충격성을 일층 강화하고 충돌시의 충격을 다단계로 완충하여 감소하도록 함에 따라, 차량의 정면충돌시 프런트 범퍼에 가해진 외부충격이 차체로 전달되는 것을 최소한으로 약화시켜 차내 승차자가 안전한 상태를 유지하도록 함과 동시에 차체의 파손을 최소한으로 줄일 수 있는 효과가 있다.The present invention relates to a reinforcing structure of a vehicle front bumper, which is provided inside the bumper cover 20 and is formed by bending the center portions of the inner panel 32 and the outer panel 34 to correspond to each other, and then forming upper and lower ends.
