Abstract

버스용 실내 천정구조를 이루는 각 파트부품들의 몰 끼워맞춤 방식의 조립방법으로 버스 천정구조의 각 파트 부품별 연결 부분을 변경하여 외관을 개선하고, 조립작업성과생산성을 향상시키기 위함이다. 버스 실내천정의 화물대(200)예 일체식의 랙스태이(100)가 일정간격으로 화물대를 분할하며 형성되며, 상기 랙스태이(100)의 일측부가 쿨러덕트 패널(21)과 쿨러덕트(22)로 맞대어져 형성되고, 상기 랙스태이(100) 타측상부에는 형광등 조립체(30)가 버스의 길이 방향으로 형성되고, 상기 형광등 조립체(30)는 지지수단에 으해 지지된것.

Claims (2)

  1. 버스용 실내 천정구조에 있어서, 버스 실내 천정의 화물대(200)에 일체식의 랙스태이(100)가 일정간격으로 화물대를 분할하며 형성되며, 상기 랙스태이(100)의 일측부가 쿨러덕트 패널(21)과 쿨러덕트(22)로 맞대어져 형성되고, 상기 랙스태이(100) 타측상부에는 형광등 조립체(30)가 버스의 길이 방향으로 형성되고, 상기 형광등 조립체(30)는 지지수단에 의해 지지된 것을 특징으로 하는 버스용 실내 천정구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 지지수단은 램프프레임(33)을 지지수단으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 버스용 실내 천정구조.
