Abstract

본 발명은 차량용 시이트에 구비되어 있는 보울스터의 각도를 조절할 수 있게 하는 장치에 관한 것으로, 시이트백 내부에 설치되는 시이트백프레임(1)의 양쪽 모서리에 시이트보울스터(2)속으로 삽입되는 고정플레이트(3)가 고정부착되고, 이 고정플레이트(3)에 대해 가동플레이트(4)가 소정의 간격을 두고 축선회 할 수 있게 설치되어 있으며, 상기 고정플레이트(3)와 가동플레이트(4)사이에 이 가동플레이트(4)를 회동시키기 위한 작동기구(5)가 설치된 구조로 이루어져, 시이트에 착석한 사람의 기호와 체형에 따라 상기 보울스터(5)의 돌출각도를 적절하게 조절할 수가 있어 편안함을 제공할 수가 있게 한 것이다.

제2도는 본 발명에 따라 시이트의 보울스터 내부에 설치되는 조절장치의 구조를 도시한 사시도,
제3도는 본 발명의 조절장치에서 고절플레이트에 대해 가동플레이트를 이동시키기 위한 동력전달장치를 도시한 정면도이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 차량용 시이트의 시이트백 내부에 설치되는 시이트백프레임(1)의 양쪽 모서리에 시이트보울스터(2)속으로 삽입되는 고정플레이트(3)가 고정부착되고, 이 고정플레이트(3)에 대해 가동플레이트(4)가 소정의 간격을 두고 축선회 할 수 있게 설치되어 있으며, 상기 고정플레이트(3)와 가동플레이트(4) 사이에 이 가동플레이트(4)를 회동시키기 위한 작동기구(5)가 설치된 구조로 이루어진 차량용 시이트의 보울스터 조절장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 작동기구(5)가 고정플레이트(3)에 고정설치된 튜브형상의 가이드레일(6)과, 한쪽 선단이 상기 가동플레이트(4)에 고정연결되어 있고 다른쪽 선단일부가 상기 가이드레일(6) 속으로 삽입되어 있는 가이드봉(7) 및, 상기 가이드봉(7)에 형성된 기어이빨에 기어물림으로 연결되어 동력을 전달하는 구동모우터(8)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시이트의 보울스터 조절장치.
