Abstract

본 발명은 운전석시트의 후방이동시 뒷좌석 승객의 신체일부와 부딪히게 되년 더이상의 후반으로의 이동이 없도록 자동정지시킴으로써 뒷좌석 승객이 불편함을 해소시켜 주도록 한 파워시트 후진제어장치를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 파워시트스위치(10)의 조작에 따라 운전석 시트(18)의 동작이 행해지도록 신호를 출력하는 제어부(12)와, 상기 제어부(12)로부터의 신호에 따라 상기 운전석 시트(18)를 동작시키는 구동수단(14,16)을 갖춘 차량에서, 상기 운전석 시트(18)의 후면에 설치되어 인체의 접촉여부를 감지하는 인체접촉감지부(20)와, 상기 인체접촉감지부(20)로부터의 신호를 반전시키는 반전소자(22) 및 상기 제어부(12)로부터의 추진제어신호와 상기 반전소자(22)로부터의 신호를 논리처리하여 상기 구동수단으로 인가하는 논리소자(24)를 포함 하여 구성되므로, 뒷좌석 승객의 불편함을 해소시켜 주게 된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 파워시트스위치(10)의 조작에 따라 운전석 시트(18)의 동작이 행해지도록 신호를 출력하는 제어부(12)와, 상기 제어부(12)로부터의 신호에 따라 상기 운전석 시트(18)를 동작시키는 구동수단(14,16)을 갖춘 차량에 있어서, 상기 운전석 시트(18)의 후면에 설치되어 인체의 접촉여부를 감지하는 인체접촉감지부(20)와, 상기 인체접촉감지부(20)로부터의 신호를 반전시키는 반전소자(22) 및 상기 제어부(12)로부터의 추진제어신호와 상기 반전소자(22)로부터의 신호를 논리처리하여 상기 구동수단으로 인가하는 논리소자(24)를 포함 하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 파워시트 후진제어장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 논리소자(24)는 앤드게이트로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 파워시트 후진제어장치.
