Abstract

본 발명은 고속/저속 변환이 원활하게 이루어져 싱크로 계통의 수명 저하 및 치합 불량을 방지하여 차량에 대한 신뢰감을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 자동차의 스플리트 작동시스템을 제공할 목적으로, 자동차의 운행중 스플리트를 변환시키고자 할 때 클러치 페달을 밟으면, 클러치 페달 스위치가 온 동작되면서 솔레노이드 밸브를 작동시켜 클러치 부우스터에서 공압을 발생되도록 하고, 그 후 고속/저속 선택하면 스플리트 서어보 실린더가 클러치 부우스터로부터 공급되는 공압에 의하여 작동되면서 스플리트를 동작시킬 수 있도록 한 자동차의 스플리트 작동시스템을 제공한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 자동차의 운행중 스플리트를 변환시키고자 할 때 클러치 페달을 밟으면, 클러치 페달 스위치가 온 동작되면서 솔레노이드 밸브를 작동시켜 클러치 부우스터에서 공압을 발생되도록 하고, 그 후 고속/저속 선택 스위치를 작동시켜 고속/저속을 선택하면 스플리트 서어보 실린더가 클러치가 부우스터로부터 공급되는 공압에 의하여 작동되면서 스플리트를 동작시킬 수 있도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 스플리트 작동시스템.
