가속 페달에 연동하는 스로틀 밸브의 개도량을 감지하여 그에 해당하는 전기적인 신호를 출력하는 스로틀 밸브 감지 수단과; 변속기의 출력측 회전수를 감지하여 그에 해당하는 전기적인 신호를 출력하는 변속 출력측 회전수 감지 수단과; 브레이크 페달 작동 여부에 해당하는 전기적인 신호를 출력하는 브레이크 스위치와; 가속 페달 작동 여부에 해당하는 전기적인 신호를 출력하는 아이들 스위치와; 차량 주행 상태에서 운전자가 가속 페달에서 발을 뗀 다음 브레이크 페달이 작동되면 현재 변속단을 유지시키기 위한 변속 신호를 출력하는 변속 제어 수단과; 인가되는 변속 신호에 따라 해당 마찰 요소를 작동시켜 변속 동작을 수행하는 변속 수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 차량 정지진 업시프트 방지 장치는, 주행하다가 차량을 정지시키기 위하여 갑작스럽게 브레이크 페달을 밟는 경우에 현재의 변속단을 유지함으로써, 순간적인 변속단의 업시프트에 의한 불필요한 변속을 방지할 수 있다.Throttle valve detecting means for detecting an opening amount of a throttle valve linked to an accelerator pedal and outputting an electric signal corresponding thereto; A speed change output speed detection means for detecting an output speed of the transmission and outputting an electrical signal corresponding thereto; A brake switch for outputting an electrical signal corresponding to whether the brake pedal is operated; An idle switch for outputting an electrical signal corresponding to whether the accelerator pedal is operated; Shift control means for outputting a shift signal for maintaining the current shift stage when the driver's foot is released from the accelerator pedal in the vehicle driving state and the brake pedal is operated; A vehicle stationary upshift prevention apparatus comprising a shifting means for shifting the frictional element in accordance with an applied shifting signal to perform a shifting operation, wherein the current shifting is performed when the brake pedal is suddenly pressed to stop the vehicle while driving.
