Abstract
본 발명은 차량의 증발 기체 제어 장치 및 그 제어 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 연료 탱크(tank)의 온도 및 압력에 따라 증발 기체를 제어하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 엔진의 회전수에 따른 초기 듀티비를 산출하고, 연료 탱크의 온도와 압력을 판단하고 이에 따른 온도 및 압력 보상 인자를 계산한 후, 이 값을 초기 듀티비에 곱하여 최종 듀티비를 산출하고 이 값에 따라 퍼지 제어 밸브를 제어한다. 온도가 상온보다 높거나 압력이 대기압보다 큰 경우에는 듀티비가 높게 산출되므로 퍼지 제어 밸브를 더 많이 열어 증발 기체를 엔진으로 흘려 보낸다. 따라서 넘치는 증발 기체가 외부로 새어 나가지 않게 되어 냄새와 대기 오염을 방지할 수 있다.The present invention relates to an apparatus for controlling an evaporation gas of a vehicle and a control method thereof, and more particularly, to an apparatus and a method for controlling an evaporation gas according to a temperature and a pressure of a fuel tank.
