Abstract

본 발명은 냉매의 냉각효과와 냉방효율을 크게 향상시키는 차량용 에어컨의 냉매냉각장치에 관한 것으로, 라디에이터(10)의 하부 탱크(20)에 에어컨의 제1냉매 리턴 파이프(30)를 통과시켜 설치하되, 제1냉매 리턴 파이프(30)를 하부 탱크(20)의 상부로 부터 하부를 통해 설치하고, 상기 제1냉매 리턴 파이프(30)에 컨덴서(40)의 상부를 연결, 설치하되, 컨덴서(40)는 라디에이터(10)의 전방 상부에 설치하며, 또한 컨덴서(40)의 하부에 제2냉매 리턴 파이프(50)를 연결함과 동시에 증발기에 연결, 설치한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 컨덴서에 연결되는 제1냉매 리턴 파이프를 라디에이터의 하부 탱크를 통과, 설치하여, 냉매를 하부 탱크에서 1차 냉각시킨 상태에서 컨덴서에 의해 2차 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어컨의 냉매냉각장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 컨덴서는 라디에이터의 전방에 설치하여 냉매의 냉각효율을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어컨의 냉매냉각장치.
