본 발명인 자동취출장치의 Z축 아암 하단에 설치되는 제품 취출지그의 방향을 자유롭게 변환시킬 수 있는 방향전환 장치에 관한 것으로 그 기술적인 구성은, 자동 취출장치의 Z축 아암(21) 하단의 지그프레임(22)으로 지지 브라켓트(23)가 착설되며, 상기 지지 브라켓트(23)의 양측에는 힌지축(24)을 개재하여 가이드 레버(25)(25')가 회동가능하게 하향 입설되고, 상기 지지 브라켓트(23)의 하측에는 로터리 신린더(26)가 설치되어 그 양측으로 회전축(27)이 횡설되며, 상기 로터리 실린더(26)의 양측으로 횡설되는 회전축(27)은 가이드 레버(25)(25')와 결합 고정토록 되고, 상기 양측 가이드 레버(25)(25')의 하측에는 제품취출 지그(28)가 연결설치되어 방향을 자유롭게 전환토록 하는 것이다.The present invention relates to a direction changing device capable of freely changing the direction of a product take-out jig installed at the lower end of the Z-axis arm of the automatic take-out device of the present invention.
