Abstract

엔진과 트랜스미션과의 조립을 짧은 시간에 극히 용이하게 할 수 있고 그 결합시 안전사고를 방지할 수 있는 엔진과 트랜스미션의 결합을 위한 지그를 제공하는 것임.
방형으로 된 상부틀부재(11)와 하부틀부재(12)가 복수개의 지주(13)로 연결되고 하부틀부재(12)의 하측코너부에는 주행롤러(14)가 구비된 대차(1)와, 대차(1)의 상부틀부재(11)의 일측에 전, 후방향으로 소정의 간격을 두고 평행하게 설치됨과 함께 상부틀부재(11)상에서 전후방향으로 슬라이딩 및 고정가능하게 설치된 1쌍의 좌우방향슬라이딩바(21)와, "┴" 형으로 되어 각 좌우방향 슬라이딩바(21)에 슬라이딩 및 고정 가능하게 설치된 복수의 전후방향 슬라이딩바(23)와, 전후방향 슬라이딩바(23)의 상부에 나사결합되어 승강조절가능한 승강봉(25)으로 된 엔진지지수단(2)과, 대차(1)의 상부틀부재(11)의 일측내에 배치된 승강틀부재(31)와 승강틀부재(31)에 전후방향으로 소정의 간격을 두고 평행하게 설치된 복수의 롤러(32)와 상기 승강틀부재(31)를 승강시키기 위한 잭(33)으로 된 트랜스미션지지수단으로 구성함.

Claims (1)

  1. 방형으로 된 상부틀 부재(11)와 하부틀부재(12)가 복수개의 지주(13)로 연결되고 하부틀부재(12)의 하측 코너부에는 주행롤러(14)가 구비된 대차(1)와, 대차(1)의 상부틀부재(11)의 일측에 전, 후방향으로 소정의 간격을 두고 평행하게 설치됨과 함께 상부틀 부재(11) 상에서 전후방향으로 슬라이딩 및 고정가능하게 설치된 1쌍의 좌우방향슬라이딩바(21)와, "┴"형으로 되어 각 좌우방향 슬라이딩바(21)에 슬라이딩 및 고정 가능하게 설치된 복수의 전후방향 슬라이딩바(23)와, 전후방향 슬라이딩바(23)의 상부에 나사결합되어 승강조절가능한 승강봉(25)으로 된 엔진지지수단(2)과, 대차(1)의 상부틀부재(11)의 일측내에 배치된 승강틀부재(31)와 승강틀부재(31)에 전,후방향으로 소정의 간격을 두고 평행하게 설치된 복수의 롤러(32)와 상기 승강틀부재(31)를 승강시키기 위한 잭(33)으로 된 트랜스미션지지수단(3)을 포함하는 엔진과 트랜스미션의 결합을 위한 지그.
