본 발명은 저융점합금형 제작에 있어서 목형에 내열성 크리어런스 시트(clearance sheet)를 진공부압에 의해 부착할 수 있는 구조를 갖도록 한 저융점합금형의 부압장치에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 목형의 외주면에 부착되는 크리어런스 시트를 접착제를 사용하지 않고 진공부압을 적용시켜 목형이 외주면에 부착시키므로써 단일 작업자에 의해 작업이 신속히 실행가 가능하여 작업성이 현저히 향상 될 수 있음은 물론 장기간 사용시 비용도 저렴한 저융점 합금형의 부압장치를 제공하는 것이며, 그 구성은 중앙부에 소정 직경을 갖고 관통형성되는 흡입공과, 상면 소정 위치에 상기 흡입공과 연통되게 형성되는 복수개의 흡입파이프와, 하면 소정 위치에 장착되는 복수개의 바퀴부재를 구비하는 정반과; 상기 흡기공을 통하여 흡입하기 위한 진공펌프와; 상기 흡입공과 진공펌프를 연통되게 연결하는 연결수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a low melting point alloy negative pressure device having a structure in which a heat resistant clearance sheet can be attached to a wooden die by vacuum negative pressure in manufacturing a low melting point alloy mold.
