Abstract
본 발명은 연속냉간압연에서의 용접부구간 압연하중 예측정도를 향상시키는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 용접점검출기(3)에서 용접점을 검출한 직후부터 압연시간(S2:용접점 검출기로 부터 1번 스탠드 전방 10m까지의 거리, V:압연속도)를 고려하여 용접점을 트래킹(Tracking)하여 용접점이 1번스탠드 10m전방(A)에 도착하면 유압실린더(4)의 작동으로 롤캡을 계산된 용접부구간의 롤갭으로 맞추어 압연을 실시하고, 용접점 기준 후행코일의 선단부 10m지점(B)이 1번스탠드에 도착하는 시간을 고려하여, 정상부구간 롤갭으로 전환하여 열연코일 길이방향의 변형저장 특성의 상이함을 고려하여 용접부 구간 압연하중예측시 정상부와 구분하여 선, 후단부의 실제 변형저항값을 적용하여 압연하중을 예측하고 롤갭을 설정함으로써, 용접부 및 주행간 두께변경 구간에서 목표두께를 벗어나 압연되는 길이를 감소시킴으로서 냉연코일 품질의 질적 향상은 물론 후공정(연속소둔라인, 도금라인)에서의 작업성 및 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 장점이 있는 유용한 발명이다.The present invention relates to a method for improving the predicted rolling load prediction accuracy in the continuous cold rolling, the rolling time immediately after detecting the welding point in the weld detector (3) (S 2 : Tracking the welding point taking into consideration the distance from the welding point detector to the 10m in front of No. 1 stand, V: rolling speed), and when the welding point reaches 10m in front of No.1 stand (A), the hydraulic cylinder ( 4) The roll cap is rolled according to the calculated roll gap of the welded section, and the time when the 10m point (B) of the trailing edge of the trailing coil based on the welding point arrives at No. 1 stand.
