Abstract

본 발명은 본체의 내부 전방에 집진실이 형성되고, 상기 집진실의 전방측에는 흡입구가 마련되어 공기 흡입관에 연결되며, 타측에는 모터 흡입구가 형성되어 모터를 내장한 구동실에 연통되고, 이와같은 집진실에는 먼지봉투가 수용됨으로서 청소를 행할 수 있게 된 진공청소기에 관한 것으로, 상기 집진실을 이루는 본체의 양측벽부는 다수개의 벽이 서로 적정한 거리 떨어져 처음공간을 형성하도록 이루어짐을 특징으로 하여, 공기 흡입관을 통하여 외부의 공기가 집진실로 유입하는 경우에 그 공기의 흡입음 또는 마찰음에 의하여 발생하는 소음과, 집진실 후방측의 구동실에 수용되어 구동되는 모터로부터 발생하여 모터흡기구를 통하여 집진실 내부로 유입되는 소음이, 차음공간에서 효과적으로 흡수, 차단될 수 있도록 한 다중벽을 가지는 진공청소기의 집진실 구조를 제공한다.

제2도는 종래의 진공청소기의 집진실 구조를 보이며, 제1도의 A-A'방향을 따른 단면 상세도.
제3도는 본 발명에 따른 다중벽을 가지는 진공청소기의 집진실 구조를 보이며, 상기 제1도의 A-A'선을 따른 단면 상세도에 해당한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 본체의 내부 전방에 집진실이 형성되고. 상기 집진실의 전방측에는 흡입구(115)가 마련되어 공기 흡입관(117)에 연결되며, 타측에는 모터 흡입구(119)가 형성되어 모터(120)를 내장한 구동실(122)에 연통되고, 이와같은 집진실에는 먼지봉투(125)가 수용됨으로서 청소를 행할 수 있게 된 진공청소기에 있어서, 상기 집진실(12)을 이루는 본체(10)의 양측벽부는 다수개의 벽이 서로 적정한 거리 떨어져 차음공간을 형성하도록 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 다중벽을 가지는 진공청소기의 집진실 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 본체(10)의 양측벽은 내측으로 상하 수직하게 형성되어 집진실의 내부 공간을 이루는 내벽(130)과, 상기 내벽(13)의 외측으로 적정한 간격이 떨어지고 그 내벽(13)과 대략 평행하게 됨으로서 적정한 차음공간(115)을 형성하도록 된 외벽(14)과로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 다중벽을 가지는 진공청소기의 집진실 구조.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 몸체(10)의 상부는 차단벽(40)에 의하여 내벽(13) 각각의 상부측이 밀폐되도록 형성되고, 상기 본체(110)의 내벽(13)과 외벽(14)의 상부측과, 외벽(14)의 상측 외부로 고무재질의 프로텍터(Protector) (60)가 장착되어 외측으로 적정 두께 돌출함을 특징으로 하는 다중벽을 가지는 진공청소기의 집진실 구조.
