Abstract
본 발명은 도전성 미립자의 알콜 분산액을 유리 패널상에 코팅하여 하부층을 형성한 다음, Si-알콜사이드에 굴절율이 낮으면서도 도전성을 띄는 도전성 고분자 화합물을 첨가한 코팅 조성물을 상기 하부층 상에 코팅하여 상부층을 형성하는 단계로 이루어진 다층 코팅막을 갖는 음극선관의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 음극선관 제조방법에 따라 제조된 다층 코팅막을 갖는 음극선관은 종래의 음극선관에 비하여 외광반사 방지 및 표면저항 특성이 개선되었다.According to the present invention, an alcohol dispersion of conductive fine particles is coated on a glass panel to form a lower layer, and then an upper layer is coated on the lower layer by coating a coating composition containing a conductive polymer compound having low refractive index and high conductivity to Si-alcohol.
