Abstract

본 발명은 4 스캔이 가능한 액정표시장치에 관한 것으로서, 하측 투명전극을 4분하여 양측의 투명전극은 액정기판의 상부 양측으로 인출하고, 중앙부분의 투명전극은 상기 액정기판을 관통하는 관통공을 통하여 액정기판의 하부 양측에 형성된 단자형 투명전극과 연결되어 외부로 인출되도록 하였으므로, 컬럼라인이 입체적으로 배치되어 판넬 전체 로우라인의 1/4씩에 독립적으로 전압을 인가할 수 있어 동작 특성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 컬럼 라인의 간격을 감소시켜 고화소화에 유리하다.The present invention relates to a liquid crystal display device capable of four scans, wherein the lower transparent electrode is divided into four, the transparent electrodes on both sides are drawn out to both sides of the upper part of the liquid crystal substrate, and the transparent electrode at the center portion is provided with a through hole penetrating the liquid crystal substrate. Claims
