Abstract

에어컨의 실내기(I)에 디스차지 그릴 본체(50)의 보스(56)에 스텝 모터(52)를 고정시킬 때 나사(57)로 플랜지(59)의 나사공(58)과 보스(56)의 나사공(53)을 고정시키게 되면 기본적으로 나사공(53,58)의 직경이 보스(56)의 나사공(53)직경보다 커야 고정이 되기 때문에 고정 후 플랜지(59)의 나사공(58)과 나사(57)가 유동하여 스텝 모터(52)의 위치가 변경되어 베인(51)이 회전 불량이 발생됨을 방지하기 위하여, 디스차지 그릴 본체(50)의 보스(56)와 스텝 모터(52)의 플랜지(59)를 나사(57)결합시 끼움 결합에 의해 스텝 모터(52)의 위치를 예비 제한하게 되는 제한 수단을 포함하여 구성함으로써 베인(51)의 회전 불량을 방지할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 디스차지 그릴 본체의 보스와 스텝 모터의 플랜지를 나사로 고정시키는 에어컨용 실내기의 디스차지 그릴 모터 고정 구조에 있어서, 디스차지 그릴 본체의 보스와 스텝 모터의 플랜지를 나사결합 시 끼움 결합에 의해 스텝 모터의 위치를 예비 제한하게 되는 제한 수단을 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 에어컨용 실내기의 디스차지 그릴 모터 고정 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제한수단은 조립전 스텝모터의 위치제한을 이루게 하는 덮개부가 구비되는 보스에 형성된 홈과, 상기한 홈에 압입되도록 스텝모터의 플랜지 나사공 주위에 형성된 돌기로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 에어컨용 실내기의 디스차지 그릴 모터 고정 구조.
