Abstract

실내공기를 열교환시켜 실내를 냉ㆍ난방시킬 수 있도록 한 공기조화기에 있어서, 실내기 본체 내부의 마운트 모터(111)에 고정되어 구동력을 발생하는 구동모터(10)와, 상기 구동모터(10)의 회전축(110)에 축설되어 함께 회전되는 송풍팬(20)과, 상기 송풍팬(20)의 회전력에 의해서 흡입되는 실내공기를 안내하는 하우징(30)과 베리어(40)를 일체로 사출성형한 하우징유니트(A)로 구성하고 있다. 따라서 부품수 및 조립공수가 증가로 발생되는 작업시간의 증가 및 작업의 비효율성, 그리고 생산성 저하를 해결하려고 하는 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 실내공기를 열교환시켜 실내를 냉ㆍ난방시킬 수 있도록 한 공기 조화기에 있어서, 실내기 본체 내부에 마운트 모터에 고정되어 구동력을 발생하는 구동모터와; 상기 구동모터의 회전축에 축설되어 함께 회전되는 송풍팬과; 상기 송풍팬의 회전력에 의해서 흡입되는 실내공기를 안내하는 하우징과 베리어를 일체로 사출성형한 하우징유니트(A)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한 공기조화기의 송풍장치.
