Abstract
본 발명은 칼라브라운관용 밴딩장치에 관한 것으로, 브라운관의 테이프밴딩시 초기 여유를 줄 수 있는 회전 완충수단을 부설하여 일정한 장력을 유지한 방폭테이프가 부착된 준비상태에서 브라운관이 회전되면서 초기 부하로 인해 방폭테이프가 회전되는 브라운관으로부터 탈락되는 이탈현상을 방지할 수 있어, 방폭테이프 탈락으로 인한 밴딩장치의 트러블의 감소시키면서 아울러 밴딩공정의 작업로스를 감소시킬 수 있도록 하며, 이를 해결하기 위한 수단으로 실린더의 작동에 따라 롤러를 통한 방폭테이프를 회전되는 브라운관의 외곽에 밴딩처리하는 밴딩장치에 있어서, 베이스 플레이트에 의해 고정된 이동축의 축방향으로 베어링을 통해 슬라이딩되는 텐션롤러가 제6실린더의 작동에 따라 상기 베어링에 연설된 작동플레이트에 의해 상기 이동축을 따라 전, 후진되는 회전완충수단을 구비하여 테이프밴딩 초기조건시 상기 텐션롤러의 소정 간격 후진에 의한 테이프 초기 여유를 부여하도록 구성함을 특징으로 한다.The present invention relates to a banding device for a color brown tube, by installing a rotation buffer means that can give an initial margin during tape bending of the CRT, while the CRT is rotated in a ready state with explosion-proof tape maintaining a constant tension due to the initial load.
