Abstract

본 발명은 유체실린더를 이용한 운동체 정지장치에 있어 스톱작용 중에 운동체의 운동에너지가 유체실린더에 일부만 전달되도록 할 수 있는 운동체 정지장치를 제공하기 위하여 유체실린더를 이용한 운동체 정지장치에 있어서, 지지체(20)상에 마련되어 있는 일측설치면(21)상에 실린더몸체(22)의 후부를 핀(23)에 의해 피벗설치하고, 걸림면(31)을 가지는 스토퍼 본체(30)를 핀(32)에 의해 상기 지지체(20)의 일측설치면(21)과 직각을 이루는 이 지지체(20)의 타측설치면(25)에 회동가능하게 피벗설치하며, 상기 실린더몸체(22)와 짝을 이루어 직선운동하는 실린더로드(26)의 선단부를 미끄럼 핀(28)에 의해 상기 스토퍼 본체(30)에 형성되어 있는 미끄럼장공(35)에 미끄럼결합하여 구성한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 유체실린더를 이용한 운동체 정지장치에 있어서, 지지체(20)상에 마련되어 있는 일측설치면(21)상에 실린더몸체(22)의 후부를 핀(23)에 의해 피벗설치하고, 걸림면(31)을 가지는 스토퍼 본체(30)를 핀(32)에 의해 상기 지지체(20)의 일측설치면(21)과 직각을 이루는 이 지지체(20)의 타측설치면(25)에 회동가능하게 피벗설치하며, 상기 실린더몸체(22)와 짝을 이루어 직선운동하는 실린더로드(26)의 선단부를 미끄럼 핀(28)에 의해 상기 스토퍼 본체(30)에 형성되어 있는 미끄럼 장공(35)에 미끄럼결합하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 운동체정지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체(20)의 타측설치면(25)상에 스토퍼 본체(30)가 상기 핀(32)에 의해 피벗결합되는 스토퍼 지지브라켓(40)을 추가로 입설하여 구성한 것임을 특징으로 하는 운동체 정지장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 걸림면(31)은 운동체와 면접촉되는 것이며, 상기 스토퍼 본체(30)가 수평하게 된 상태일때 상기 실린더 로드(26)의 상단부에 설치되어 있는 미끄럼 핀(28)이 상기 미끄럼 장공(35)의 끝단에 접촉되지 않도록 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 운동체 정지장치.
