Abstract
본 발명은 차량의 운전시 속도, 부하에 따라 공기량을 조절하는 트로틀밸브의 열림각도를 감지하는 센서의 고장시 그 진단방법과, 고장시 흡입공기량으로 트로틀밸브의 열림각도를 자동감지하여 차량의 운행에 지장이 없도록 한 차량의 트로틀밸브 고장진단/개도판정방법에 관한 것으로, 차량의 운전중 트로틀밸브개도감지센서의 열림각도가 설정값을 벗어났는 지를 판단하여 설정값의 범위내로 출력하는 경우 정상작동중이므로 고장진단 프로그램에서 벗어나도록 리턴하는 단계(단계1)와, 트로틀밸브개도감지센서가 설정값의 이상으로 출력하는 경우 전자제어부는 고장이라고 판단하여 계기판의 고장진단램프에 그 신호를 보내는 동시에 트로틀밸브를 통해 유입되는 공기량을 판단하는 단계(단계2)와, 트로틀밸브를 통해 유입되는 공기량이 트로틀 밸브의 최대열림시의 최소공기량보다 크면 트로틀밸브의 최대열림상태로 판단하여 고장진단 프로그램에서 벗어나도록 리턴하는 단계(단계3)와, 트로틀밸브를 통해 유입되는 공기량이 트로틀밸브의 최대열림시의 최소공기량보다 크지만 트로틀밸브의 완전닫힘시의 최대공기량보다 큰지 작은지를 판단하는 단계(단계4)와, 트로틀밸브를 통해 유입되는 공기량이 트로틀밸브의 완전닫힘시의 최대공기량보다 작으면 아이들상태로 판단하여 고장진단 프로그램에서 벗어나도록 리턴하는 단계(단계5)와, 트로틀밸브를 통해 유입되는 공기량이 트로틀밸브의 완전닫힘시의 최대공기량보다 크면 트로틀밸브의 중간열림상태로 판단하여 고장진단 프로그램에서 벗어나도록 리턴하는 단계(단계6); 로 된 차량의 트로틀밸브 고장진단/개도판정방법이다.The present invention provides a method of diagnosing a failure of a sensor that detects an opening angle of a throttle valve that adjusts the air volume according to a speed and a load while driving a vehicle, and automatically detects an opening angle of the throttle valve with an intake air amount when a failure is performed.
