본 발명은 전방향족 폴리아미드 펄프를 공업적규모로 경제적이면서 안전하게 제조하는 방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하는 것으로서, 중합과정에서 중합체가 겔화되기 직전에 배향을 부여하고 이를 숙성하는 것을 포함하는 전방향족 폴리아미드 펄프의 제조방법에 있어서, 숙성공정에서의 가열매체로서 중합에 사용되는 용매를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이러한 특징의 본 발명에 의하면 가열매체를 필요이상의 설비증설 없이 간단하면서도 경제적인 방법으로 재생할 수 있고 폭발성의 위험을 배제할 수 있으며 질소의 재생, 제습의 공정이 불필요하게 될 뿐만아니라 중합체의 분자량 증대, 결정화도의 증대 및 피브릴의 발달 등이 함께 달성되어 우수한 물성의 전방향족 폴리아미드 펄프를 낮은 코스트로 제조할 수 있게 된다.It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for producing an economically and safely industrially-aromatic polyamide pulp, the wholly aromatic poly, including orienting and ripening immediately before the polymer gels during the polymerization process In the method for producing an amide pulp, a solvent used for polymerization is used as a heating medium in the aging process.
