Abstract

본 발명은 스테인레스강 제조시 발생하는 더스트(dust), 스와프(swarf), 스케일 및 자선지금을 재활용하기 위한 스테인레스강 부산물의 단광(미소성)제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 스테인레스 부산물의 단광제조방법은 스테인레스강의 제조시 발생하는 부산물(더스트, 부스러기, 스케일, 자선지금)에 대하여 당밀 10-12wt%, 시멘트 6-8wt%와 물 3-6wt%를 혼합하여 용해설비에 사용할 단광을 제조한 다음 상온에서 건조한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 스테인레스강의 제조시 발생하는 부산물(더스트, 부스러기, 스케일, 자선지금)에 대하여 당밀 10-12wt%, 시멘트 6-8wt%와 물 3-6wt%를 혼합하여 용해설비에 사용할 단광을 제조한 다음 상온에서 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테인레스 부산물의 단광제조방법.
