본 발명은 무기질의 산업폐기물, 슬럿지, 오니 및 유기성의 폐절삭유, 폐페인트, 폐유, 슬럿지등은 처리방법이 매우 난이하고 설혹, 처리한다해도 그 비용이 많이들므로 매립이나 해양투기로 처리하는데 환경의 오염이 극심함을 해결하고 본 발명의 특징상 위의 폐기물들을 경량세라믹모래로 재활용된 제품과 정상적 원료로 제조된 제품을 비교하였을때 전혀 손색이 없을 뿐 아니라 원가면에서 경쟁력이 있고 따라서 경제성이 있는 재활용 제품을 생산하므로서 환경보전과 폐기물을 자원화하는 등의 여러부분에서 만족을 얻을 수 있게 한 것이다.In the present invention, inorganic industrial waste, sludge, sludge and organic waste cutting oil, waste paint, waste oil, sludge, etc. are very difficult to treat and are expensive even if they are treated.
