고농도 난분해성 폐수를 기존의 활성슬러지공법과 같이 반송슬러지를 폭기조에만 공급하여 미생물에 의한 분해가 폭기조에서만 대부분 이루어지는 공범에서는 좋은 처리효율을 기대하기 어렵다. 이러한 고농도, 난분해성 폐수의 분해효율을 높이고자 기존의 집수조에 반송슬러지를 반송시켜 주며 적정한 양의 영양제(요소, 인산)를 투여함으로써 전처리 설비인 집수조에서 생물학적 처리가 가능하게 한 기술이다.It is difficult to expect good treatment efficiency in the accomplice where decomposed by microorganisms is mostly in the aeration tank by supplying the high concentration hardly degradable wastewater to the aeration tank as in the conventional activated sludge method. 본 발명의 가장 큰 특징은 미생물에 의한 분해가 기존의 공법에서는 폭기조 한 곳에서만 이루어지는 것에 반하여 본 발명에서는 집수조와 유동층 생물막법의 두 곳에서 이루어지므로 고농도 난분해성 폐수의 처리효율을 증대시킬 수 있으며, 또한 기존의 설비인 집수조를 사용하므로 별도의 부지나 비용이 소요하지 않으면서 처리효율을 증대시킬 수 있다는 점이다.The biggest feature of the present invention is that the decomposition by the microorganism is performed only in one place of aeration tank in the conventional method, and in the present invention, since it is made in two places of the collection tank and the fluidized bed biofilm method, it is possible to increase the treatment efficiency of high concentration hardly degradable wastewater.
