Abstract

본원 발명은 자동차의 안전 장치에 속한 분야로서, 종래 자동차 운전자가 신호등이 없는 횡단 보도 및 교차로에서 보행자나 타 자동차 운전자에게 자신의 양보 의사를 표현하고자 할 때에 수신호를 이용하거나 또는 자신의 감각에 의존하여 왔던 것을 자동차의 전면부 중앙에 녹색의 자동 점멸등을 설치하고, 이를 핸들에 부착된 누름식 스위치를 통하여 조작함으로써 자신의 양보 의사를 명확하고 신속하게 효과적으로 전달하기 위한 것이다. 따라서 횡단 보도를 횡단하고자 하는 보행자나 진행 방향이 상호 엇갈리는 맞은 편의 타 자동차 운전자는 상대방의 양보 의사를 미리 확인함으로써 별도의 정지 및 대기 시간 소요 없이 안심하고 안전하게 보행 및 주행하게 되어 도로의 정체를 막고 교통 사고의 위험을 제거하는 데에 그 용도를 둔 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 자동차 운전자가 보행자 및 타 자동차 운전자에게 자신의 양보 의사를 전등의 빛을 이용하여 표현하는 자동차의 양보등 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 자동차의 양보등에서 표현되는 빛의 색상이 신호등의 색상과 연계되도록 하기 위하여 녹색으로 구성한 장치.
