Abstract

곡선 도로에서 급선회 및 급방향 전화시 운전석의 기울기를 조절하여 운전자의 몸에 가해지는 원심력을 제어하여 안전 운전을 가능케 하기 위하여; 차량의 속도와 스티어링의 회전속도를 감지하여 차량이 급선회 급방향 전환하는 것을 감지하는 감지수단과; 상기 감지수단의 감지 신호를 받아서 급선회 급방향 전환임을 판단하는 제어기와; 상기 제어기의 판단이 급선회 및 급방향 전환일 때 운전석의 기울기를 조절하는 기울기 조절수단을 포함하는 운전석 기울기 제어장치.

제1도는 본 발명에 관련하는 운전석 기울기 제어장치의 구성과 좌회전시의 제어 상태도,
제2도는 본 발명에 관련하는 운전석 기울기 제어장치의 우회전시의 제어상태도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 차량의 속도와 스티어링의 회전속도를 감지하여 차량이 급선회 급방향 전환하는 것을 감지하는 감지수단과; 상기 감지수단의 감지 신호를 받아서 급선회 급방향 전환임을 판단하는 제어기와; 상기 제어기의 판단이 급선회 및 급방향 전환일 때 운전석의 기울기를 조절하는 기울기 조절수단; 을 포함하는 운전석 기울기 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 감지수단은 스티어링의 일측에 장착되어 스티어링의 회전하는 속도를 감지하는 스티어링 스피드 센서와; 차량의 주행 속도를 감지하는 차속센서; 를 포함하는 운전석 기울기 제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기울기 조절수단은 차체에 장착되는 지지판과 이 지지판 상방에 제공되는 운전석의 하단 사이에 제공되어 운전석을 지지하는 지지대와; 상기 지지대의 양측에서 운전석과 지지판 사이에 제공되어 운전석의 기울기를 조절하는 액츄에이터와; 상기 액츄에이터를 작동시키는 작동압의 공급을 제어기의 신호에 의하여 제어하는 솔레노이드 밸브; 를 포함하는 운전석 기울기 제어장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 액츄에이터는 운전석과 지지판 사이에서 지지대를 중심으로 일측에 장착되어 운전석의 일측 기울기를 조절하는 제1실린더와; 상기 제1실린더가 장착되는 다른 일측인 운전석과 지지판 사이에 장착되어 운전석의 다른 일측 기울기를 조절하는 제2실린더; 를 포함하는 운전석 기울기 제어장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 솔레노이드 밸브는 오일 펌프에서 공급되는 유압을 제1실린더로 공급·배출시켜 제1실린더를 승강시키는 제1솔레노이드 밸브와; 상기 제1실린더와는 별도로 오일 펌프에서 공급되는 유압을 제2실린더로 공급·배출시켜 제2실린더를 승강시키는 제2솔레노이드 밸브; 를 포함하는 운전석 기울기 제어장치.
