Abstract
각 부품에 품번을 각인할 때 작업자가 일일이 펀치(50)와 망치로 품번을 각인하게 되면 작업이 불편하게 됨과 아울러 작업 능률이 저하됨을 개선하기 위하여, 베이스(1)와, 상기한 베이스(1) 상면에 설치된 수직부(2)와, 상기한 수직부(2)에 고정됨과 아울러 저면에 각인하기 위해 펀치(50)가 세팅되는 펀치 고정부(3)가 연결된 실린더(4)와, 상기한 수직부(2)에 설치됨과 아울러 부픔(M)이 위치되도록 펀치 고정부(3)와 대응 설치된 대응 플레이트(5)와, 상기한 베이스(1)에 설치되어 펀치(50)가 수납되어 있는 펀치 수납대(6)로 구성함으로써 마킹 작업이 단순화된다.

Claims (2)
- 베이스(1)와, 상기한 베이스(1) 상면에 설치된 수직부(2)와, 상기한 수직부(2)에 고정됨과 아울러 저면에 각인하기 위해 펀치(50)가 세팅되는 펀치 고정부(3)가 연결된 실린더(4)와, 상기한 수직부(2)에 설치됨과 아울러 부품(M)이 위치되도록 펀치 고정부(3)와 대응 설치된 대응 플레이트(5)와, 상기한 베이스(1)에 설치되어 펀치(50)가 수납되어 있는 펀치 수납대(6)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 마킹 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펀치 고정부(3)는 실린더(4)에 연결된 고정대(7)와, 상기한고정대(7)에 힌지(8)로 연결되어 있을 뿐만 아니라 고정 볼트(9)로 간헐 고정되고 펀치(50)가 장착되는 장착대(10)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 마킹 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
