원터치 그립퍼 죠 장치에 있어서, 그립퍼 죠의 착탈을 가능케 하여 그립퍼 죠의 공용화를 가능케 하고, 작업의 안정성을 향상시키고, 메인터넌스를 편리하며 제작비용을 절감키 위하여; 피이드 바의 상면에 고정ㆍ장착되는 베이스 플레이트 상단에 착탈 가능하게 고정되며, 결합수단을 내장하는 홀더와; 상기 홀더의 결합수단에 착탈가능하게 결합되는 결합부재가 그 일측에 형성되며, 그 상단에 결합홈을 형성한 고정 플레이트와; 상기 고정 플레이트의 결합홈에 결합 바로 착탈가능하게 고정되며, 액츄에이터의 작동에 의하여 피공작물을 바이스로 홀딩하는 그립퍼 죠를 포함하는 원터치 그립퍼 죠 장치.

Claims (3)

  1. 피이드 바의 상면에 고정ㆍ장착된 베이스 플레이트 상단에 착탈가능하게 고정되며, 결합수만을 내장하는 홀더와; 상기 홀더의 결합수단에 착탈가능하게 결합되는 결합부재가, 그 일측에 형성되며, 그 상단에 결합홈을 형성한 고정 플레이트와; 상기 고정 플레이트의 결합홈에 결합 바로 착탈가능하게 고정되며, 액츄에이터의 작동에 의하여 피공작물을 바이스로 홀딩하는 그립퍼 죠를 포함하는 원터치 그립퍼 죠 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 결합수단은 고정 플레이트의 일측에 형성된 결합부재가 홀더에 삽입된 상태를 유지시키도록 홀더의 내측에 힌지결합된 잠금부재와; 상기 잠금부재가 결합부재의 결합홈에 결합되는 체결력을 제공하도록 잠금부재의 상단을 탄성적으로 지지하는 탄성부재와; 상기 탄성부재에 대칭되는 홀더에 장착되어 잠금부재를 가압하여 잠금부재를 결합부재의 결합홈으로부터 이격시키는 잠금 해제부재를 포함하는 원터치 그립퍼 죠 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합 바는 그 양측으로 제공되어 복수의 결합바를 일체로 하는 일체부재와; 상기 일체부재의 대향측에 나사 결합되는 잠금부를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 원터치 그립퍼 죠 장치.
