Abstract

본 발명은 칼러브라운관의 형광체 도포 및 칼라필터 적용에 관한 것으로서 특히 도포 및 노광공정을 단순화 시켜 제품의 원가 절감 및 품질향상을 기할 수 있도록한 것으로써, 칼러브라운관 판넬내면에 형광면을 도포함에 있어서, BM층도포 노광 공정과 3색 형광체 도포 공정을 제외할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 형광면에 R, G, B 형광체 입자가 골고루 섞여 도포된 백색발광형광체와, 상기 판넬의 외면에는 BM층, R 투과층, B투과층, B투과층으로 구성된 칼러필터를 구비한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 칼러브라운관 판넬내면에 형광면을 도포함에 있어서, BM층도포 노광공정과 3색 형광체 도포 공정을 제외할수 있도록 하기 위하여 형광면에 R. G. B 형광체 입자가 골고루 섞여 도포된 백색발광형광체와, 상기 판넬의 외면에는 BM층, R 투과층, G투과층, B투과층으로 구성된 칼러필터를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 칼러브라운관.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 백색발광형광체에 의한 광의 파장특성이 780mm, 554mm, 480mm에서 3개의 피크치를 나타내며 이를 위해 3개의 피크치 파장특성을 가지는 물질로 조합된 백색발광형광체로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 칼러브라운관.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 백색발광형광체를 단층으로 도포한 것을 특징으로 하는 칼러브라운관.
