Abstract

테이프 카세트의 테이프 로딩장치가 개시되어 있다.
이 개시된 로딩장치는, 테이프를 일정속도로 회전시키도록 된 캡스턴 축을 가지며 데크 베이스에 형성된 캡스턴 모터와, 캡스턴 축에 테이프가 압축되도록 하는 핀치롤러와, 헤드드럼을 경유한 테이프가 캡스턴 축에 접촉되도록 하는 리뷰폴과, 전달되는 구동력에 의해 직선운동하는 슬라이드부재와, 이 슬라이드부재에 연동되어 리뷰폴이 왕복 회동되도록 안내하는 링크부재가 구비된 테이프 로딩장치로, 캡스턴 모터 주변의 데크 베이스 상에 가이드 레일과 이 가이드 레일을 따라 이동되는 폴 베이스가 더 구비되고, 리뷰폴은 폴 베이스상에 설치되고, 링크부재는 그 일단이 폴 베이스에 연결되고, 타단이 슬라이드부재에 연결되어 슬라이드부재의 움직임에 연동되어 폴 베이스가 가이드 레일을 따라 이동하도록 안내하는 일체형 탄성부재인 것을 특징으로 한다.

제3도 및 제4도는 가이드폴을 움직이는 링크부재의 동작상태를 나타낸 개략적인 평면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 왕복 회동가능하게 설치되어 데크에 인입된 카세트의 테이프를 캡스턴축에 밀착되도록 안내하는 가이드폴 및 리뷰폴과, 테이프를 압착하는 핀치롤러가 구비되어 상기 테이프가 선택모드에 따라 정속주행되도록 가이드하는 테이프 카세트의 테이프 로딩장치에 있어서, 데크상의 상기 캡스턴 모터 주변에 형성된 가이드레일과, 이 가이드레일을 따라 움직임이 가능하게 설치되며 상부에 상기 가이드폴이 형성된 폴베이스와, 상기 데크상에 직선 왕복운동 가능하게 설치되며 그 내부에 다수의 가이드용 장공이 형성된 슬라이드부재와, 이 슬라이드부재의 움직임에 연동되어 상기 폴베이스가 상기 가이드레일을 따라 움직이도록 양단이 각각 상기 폴베이스와 슬라이드부재에 연결되고 상기 데크에 회동가능하게 고정된 링크부재와, 상기 슬라이드부재에 연동되어 상기 핀치롤러를 회동시키도록 된 회동암과 상기 리뷰폴을 회동시키도록 된 리뷰암이 구비되어 된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트의 테이프 로딩장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 링크부재는 상기 슬라이드부재와 마주하는 일단에 연동핀과, 상기 데크의 소정위치에 회동 가능하게 고정된 회동축을 포함하고, 상기 슬라이드부재는 소정 위치에 장공이 형성되어, 상기 장공에 상기 연동핀이 끼워져 상기 슬라이드부재의 움직임에 연동되어 상기 폴 베이스가 상기 가이드 레일을 따라 이송되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트의 테이프 로딩장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이드부재의 움직임에 의해 상기 연동핀이 상기 장공에 인입될 수 있도록 상기 장공의 일부에 걸림턱이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트의 테이프 로딩장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴베이스는 상기 링크부재의 탄성변형에 의한 탄성작용에 의하여 상기 가이드레일을 따라 주행하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 테이프 카세트의 테이프 로딩장치.
