Abstract

본 발명은 헤드드럼조립체의 상부드럼에 관한 것이다. 종래의 상부드럼은 단일의 반경을 갖는 원형의 드럼으로서 헤드의 선단이 상부드럼의 외주면을 미세하게 돌출하도록 형성되어 자기테이프는 헤드에 의하여 진동이 발생하고 또한 손상되는 문제점이 있었다. 본 발명에 있어서 상부드럼은 상이한 곡률반경을 가지며, 헤드의 선단을 상부드럼의 외주면과 일치하도록 형성된다. 본 발명에 따라 테이프의 손상이 감소되며, 헤드의 마모도 방지된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 헤드(19a,19b)가 저면에 취부되는 상부드럼(14)에 있어서, 상부드럼(14) 곡률반경(R)이 일정하지 않은 헤드드럼조립체의 상부드럼.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상부드럼(14)의 곡률은 상부드럼의 축중심(C)에 대하여 대칭인 헤드드럼조립체의 상부드럼.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 헤드의 선단은 최대곡률반경(Rmax)을 갖는 부분의 상부드럼의 외주면과 일치하는 헤드드럼조립체의 상부드럼.
