Abstract

변속기용 동기장치는 싱크로라이징 링(synchronizing ring) 및 원형 스프링으로 구성되고, 상기 링에는 적어도 세 개의 동일하게 이격된 지지요소가 링의 주위에 구성되고, 상기 링 주변부에는 스프링이 링 주위에 압력식 끼워맞춤으로 꼭 맞게 지지된다. 지지요소들 및 스프링이 마주보는 접촉면들을 형성하고, 상기 접촉면들은 제조공차를 맞추기 위해 링 주위에서 원형 스프링 조립품에 대해 조정가능하다.

Claims (5)

  1. 싱크로나이징 링 및 둘러싸는 구조와 원형 스프링으로 구성되고, 상기 싱크로나이징 링은 주변부에 적어도 세 개의 균등한 이격거리를 가진 지지요소들로 구성되고, 상기 주변부에서 상기 스프링은 상기 링 주위에서 가압에 의한 억지 끼워맞춤 상태이고, 상기 지지요소들 및 상기 스프링은 마주보는 접촉면들을 상대적으로 조정하기 위한 장치가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기용 싱크로나이징 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원형스프링은 분리된 스프링 요소로 구성되고, 상기 스프링의 상기 접촉표면들을 조정하기 위한 상기 장치가 상기 지지요소들로 구성되고, 상기 지지요소들은 반경방향으로 조정가능하고 영구변형이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기용 싱크로나이징 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 지지요소들은 상기 지지요소들의 내부로 조정가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기용 싱크로나이징 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원형스프링은 분리된 스프링요소로 구성되고, 상기 스프링 요소는 이격된 상태로 서로 마주보는 구조의 단부로 구성되며, 상기 지지요소들의 상기 접촉표면들을 조정하기 위한 상기 장치가 고정상태의 이격거리에서 상기 단부를 지지하기 위한 홀더로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기용 싱크로나이징 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 고정상태의 이격거리에서 상기 단부를 유지하기 위한 상기 홀더가 영구변형이 이루어진 부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 변속기용 싱크로나이징 장치.
