Abstract

본 발명은 폴리에틸렌 섬유를 가공하여 제조된 부직포를 기재로 이용하는 건식 합성피혁의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
폴리에틸렌 섬유로 된 부직포상에 저내열성의 폴리우레탄 1액형 수지를 도포하는 공정과 약 80℃ 내지 100℃ 미만의 온도로 건조하는 공정 및 약 80℃ 내지 100℃ 미만의 온도하에 엠보싱하여 무늬형성과 열 접착이 되도록하는 공정으로 구성되어 있다.
내마모성이 뛰어나고 천연피혁과 같은 외관의 합성피혁을 얻을 수 있어서 책이나 은행통장등의 표지로 적합한 제품을 생산할 수 있다.

제1도는 종래의 건식 합성피혁 제조 공정도,
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 공정도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 통상의 건식 합성피혁 제조방법에 있어서 이형지나 접착제를 사용하지 않고, 폴리에틸렌 섬유로 가공된 부직포 상에 저내열성이 폴리우레탄 수지를 도포하여 약 80∼100℃에서 건조시킨 후 약 80∼100℃의 온도하에 엠보싱하여 무늬 성형 및 접착이 이루어 지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 폴리에틸렌 부직포를 이용한 건식 합성피혁의 제조방법.
