Abstract

본 발명은 중공사 제조에 사용되는 방사구금에 관한 것으로 특히 슬리트의 구성규격의 적정범위로의 한정함과 동시에 각 슬리트 양단부에 내향으로 돌출되도록한 두둑을 구비시킴으로써 섬유의 중공율 향상으로 인한 벌키성, 볼륨감, 보온성, 경량감 및 염색균일성이 우수한 중공사를 제조하기에 적합토륵 한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. 인접상태로 분리된 3∼4개의 원호형 슬리트(1)로 구성되는 공지구조의 중공 섬유 제조용 방사구금에 있어서 ; 상기 슬리트(1)의 양단부에 내외측을 향해 돌출되는 두둑(2)을 일체로 구비시킴을 특징으로 하는 이형단면사 제조용 방사구금.
  2. 청구범위 제1항에 있어서, 방사구금은 하기 조건을 만족시키도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 이형단면사 제조용 방사구금.
    0.06≤A≤0. 14 (A-슬리트 폭, 단위는 mm임)
    0.4≤R≤0.6 (R-슬리트 내반경, 단위는 mm임)
    0.7≤B/A≤1.4 (B-슬리트간격, 단위는 mm임)
    1.5≤C/A≤2.3 (C-슬리트 두둑의 길이, 단위는 mm임)
    0.6≤D/A≤1.5 (D-슬리트 두둑의 폭, 단위는 mm임)
