Abstract

측쇄에 1개 이상의 히드록시기를 갖는 1가 또는 다가알콜의 모노, 디 또는 트리메타클릴산 에스테르를 탄소수 2∼4의 알킬기를 갖는 폴리알킬렌옥사이드글리콜의 1종 이상과 디이소시아네이트를 중부가 반응시켜서 얻어진 우레탄프리폴리머에 중부가시켜서 된 우레탄메타크릴레이트 올리고머와, 에라스토머를 혼합시켜서 된 수팽윤성 폴리머.
충분한 수팽윤율을 나타내고, 수팽윤후에도 고무상 탄성을 유지함과 동시에 우레탄메타크릴레이트 올리고머나 마크로 모노머가 고무로부터 탈리 또는 융출하거나 물에 용해할 우려가 없다.

Claims (7)

  1. 우레탄메타크릴레이트 올리고머와 에라스토머를 혼합하여 된 수팽윤성 폴리머.
  2. 제1항의 폴리머를 가황하여 된 수팽윤성 폴리머.
  3. 우레탄메타크릴레이트 올리고머를 리빙중합시켜서 얻어지는 수평균 중합도 500∼20000의 마크로모노머와 에라스토머를 혼합하여 된 수팽윤성 폴리머.
  4. 제3항의 폴리머를 가황하여 된 수팽윤성 폴리머.
  5. 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 우레탄메타크릴레이트 올리고머가 측쇄에 1개 이상의 히드록시기를 갖는 1가 또는 다가 알콜의 모노, 디 또는 트리메타클린산 에스테르를 우레탄프리폴리머에 중부가시켜서 된 올리고머인 것을 특징으로 하는 수팽윤성 폴리머.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 우레탄프리폴리머가 탄소수 2∼4의 알킬기를 갖는 폴리알킬렌옥사이드글리콜 1종 이상과 디이소시아네이트를 중부가 반응시켜서 얻어진 우레탄폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 수팽윤성 폴리머.
  7. 제1항∼제6항 중의 어느 1항의 수팽윤성 폴리머를 함유하는 수팽윤성 조성물.
