Abstract

본 발명은 각종 오물 및 오수를 정화시키는 정화조내에 장착되는 폐색방지용 산기관에 관한 것으로, 공기가 유입되는 내부 지지관의 외측 원주둘레로 중심축 방향의 일자형 산기홈이 다수개 형성된 고무 탄성체를 장착하여, 내부 지지관에 공기압이 인가되지 않을 경우, 미생물이 산기관의 산기홈쪽으로 흡착되는 순간 탄성체에 형성된 산기홈이 탄성에 의해 자동적으로 폐색되어 미생물이 산기관에 흡착되는 것을 방지하도록 하므로써 정화조의 기능을 향상시키고 고장 수리에 따른 경제적 절감을 기할 수 있게 한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 일측단부는 밀폐되고 원주둘레로 직경방향의 관통홈이 형성되어 내부로 유입된 공기가 상기 관통홈을 통해 배출되는 내부 지지관과, 상기 내부 지지관의 외측 원주면상에 장착되며 원주둘레로 중심축방향의 일자형 산기홈이 형성된 탄성체와, 상기 내부 지지관과 탄성제의 입구측에 결착되어 내부 지지관 내부로 공기를 공급하는 공기 공급기의 결착을 원할히 하기 위한 결착구로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐색방지용 산기관.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성체는 고무로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 폐색 방지용 산기관.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄성체의 원주둘레로 형성된 산기홈은 밀폐된 상태의 일자형 홈으로 내부 공기압의 인가시 개방되고, 인가되지 않을 경우 자동으로 폐색되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐색방지용 산기관.
