Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 차체에 고정될 제1고정부와, 벨트 버클의 하중 지탱용 하우징에 고정될 제2고정부와, 그리고 탄력적으로 신축 가능한 가늘고 긴 중간부를 구비하면서, 안전 벨트 시스템에서 설치되는 벨트 버클용 고정체에 관한 것으로, 상기 고정부(14a,14b)와 중간부(14c)는 스프링강의 박편 금속(14;20,22,24)으로 일체형으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 자동차 차체에 고정될 제1고정부와, 벨트 버클의 하중 지탱용 하우징에 고정될 제2고정부와, 그리고 탄력적으로 신축 가능한 가늘고 긴 중간부를 구비하면서, 안전 벨트 시스템에서 설치되는 벨트 버클용 고정체로서, 상기 고정부(14a,14b)와 중간부(14c)는 스프링강의 박편 금속(14;20,22,24)으로 일체형으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트 버클용 고정체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 약 1.0 내지 1.5mm의 두께를 갖는 스프링강 박편 금속의 단일 층(14)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트 버클용 고정체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 스프링강 박편 금속의 복수 층(20,22,24)이 제공되며, 각각의 층들은 약 0.2 내지 0.8mm의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트 버클용 고정체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 스프링강 박편 금속의 세개의 층(20,22,24)이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트 버클용 고정체.
  5. 선행항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나 이상의 상기 고정부(14a,14b)에는 부시형의 돌출부(25)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트 버클용 고정체.
