Abstract

본 발명은 경식의 바닥판과 종아리 쉘과 관절의 경식 스킨 및 발등 쉘을 포함하는 짧은다리용 워커를 공시한다. 쉘은 일부 위치에서 거품 또는 섬유패드와 같은 비팽창성 패드로써 패드되어지며 다른 위치에서는 팽창성 블래더로 패드되어 지고 환자의 다리와 팽창성 블래더 사이에는 제2블래더로써 패드되어 진다. 제2블래더는 작용하는 변형 압력에 반응하여 압력이 제거될 때 다리의 지지를 유지한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 바닥판부와 부착된 종아리 및 발목부를 구비한 반경식의 제1개방쉘과, 정강이부와 정강이부에 유연하게 결합된 인스탭부를 포함한 반경식의 제2개발쉘과, 적어도 바닥판부의 내면 주요부에 입혀지는 부드럽고 유연한 교정 삽입물과, 바닥판부의 외면의 주요부에 입혀지고 경식의 외면을 구비한 탄성 중합체의 바닥판과, 착용자의 종아리에 대해서 접촉지지를 제공하기 위해 상기 제1쉘의 중간면, 측방면 및 전후방면에 고정된 패드와, 착용자의 인스탭 및 정강이와 접촉하도록 제2쉘의 정강이부의 내면에 고정된 패드와, 상기 워커를 착용자의 다리에 고정하고 제1 및 제2쉘을 항께 고정하기 위해 상기 쉘에 부착된 다중 스트랩을 포함하고, 상기 제1 및 제2쉘은 함께 설치되기 위해 중첩되고 착용자의 하부 다리 및 발을 감싸기에 적합하며, 상기 바닥판부는 내면 및 외면을 구비하고, 상기 패드는 블래더를 팽창시킬 수 있는 공기 펌프에 접속된 팽창가능한 블래더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하부 다리의 고정 워커.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 패드는 착용자의 다리를 향해 팽창가능한 블래더의 표면 상의 윤활제에서 중심체를 수용하는 제2블래더를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하부 다리의 고정 워커.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 각 쉘의 주변 주위로 모서리가 구비되며, 워커가 착용자의 다리에 고정될 때 제2쉘의 인스텝부의 모서리는 제1쉘의 바닥판부의 모서리 내에 설치되고 또 제1쉘의 종아리부의 모서리는 제2쉘의 정강이부의 모서리 내에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하부 다리의 고정 워커.
