Abstract

전기 커넥터(12)는 복수개의 단자 모듈(40)을 수납하기 위한 공동(38)을 갖는 절연성 하우징(14)을 포함한다. 복수개의 단자 모듈의 각각은 모듈의 측면 배열을 형성하기 위해서 공동(38) 내에 삽입 가능한 절연성 하우징(42)을 포함한다. 각각의 삽입체(42)는 단자를 하우징에서 돌출한 단자의 수형부(24)에 강하게 고정시키기 위하여 복수개의 단자(46) 둘레에 외부 성형된다. 단자(46)의 수형부(24)의 배열을 둘러싸고 적절한 간격을 유지시키기 위해서 공동(38)에 바로 인접한 하우징(14)에는 보조 배열 개구(50)가 구비된다.

Claims (9)

  1. 복수 개의 단자 모듈을 수납하기 위한 공동을 갖는 절연성 하우징과, 모듈의 일렬 배열을 형성하기 위해서 상기 공동 내에 수납 가능한 절연성 삽입체로서, 하우징에서 돌출한 단자의 수형부와 단자를 단단하게 고정시키기 위해 복수개의 단자 둘레에 외부 성형된 각각의 절연성 삽입체를 각각 포함하는 복수개의 단자 모듈, 및 단자의 수형부 배열을 적절한 간격으로 둘러싸고 지지하기 위해서 공동에 바로 인접한 하우징 상의 보조 정렬 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보조 정렬 수단이 하우징과 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보조 정렬 수단이 공동과 연결된 하우징의 개구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 개구는 단자의 수형부를 사실상 둘러싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 개구는 단자의 수형부의 양 측면을 둘러싸기 위한 대향하는 양 측벽을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 각 단자의 수형부는 양 측면이 각 개구의 양 측벽에 결합된 긴 블레이드를 포함하고, 상기 블레이드는 블레이드의 평면에서 비틀어진 원심 접촉 단부에 접속되고, 각각의 개구는 블레이드의 상기 비틀어진 원심 접촉단부의 통로용으로 상기 양 측벽을 종단하는 경사부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삽입체와 하우징 사이에 상보적으로 상호 결합하는 배치 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모듈을 일렬 배열하기 위해서 각각의 단자 모듈의 각 삽입체 상에 상보적으로 상호 결합하는 래치 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
  9. 복수개의 단자를 정착하기 위한 수단을 갖는 절연성 하우징과, 상기 하우징에 장착된 복수개의 단자를 포함하는 것으로서, 각각의 단자는 상기 하우징에서 돌출된 긴 블레이드부를 포함하고, 상기 블레이드부는 블레이드의 평면에서 비틀어진 원심 접촉단부에 접속되며, 단자의 블레이드부가 돌출하는 하우징 내의 복수개의 통로를 포함하는 것으로서, 각각의 통로는 각 단자의 블레이스부의 양측면들을 둘러싸기 위한 양 측벽들, 및 각 단자의 상기 비틀어진 원심 접촉단부가 관통될 수 있게 상기 양 측벽을 교차하는 경사부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 커넥터.
