Abstract

본 발명은 차량용 안전벨트의 시험장치에 관한 것으로, 시험장치(1)가 프레임(2)의 한쪽 부위에 안전벨트 착용시와 동일한 조건이 되도록 약 45도 간격으로 경사지게 장착된 측정부(30) 및 측정부(3)의 반대쪽 프레임(2)에 안전벨트가 취부된 간격과 동일하게 서로 일정간격을 두고 전/후방 리트랙터 취부부재(5, 6)와 디링취부부재(7)로 구성되어져, 개발중인 신차에 장착하지 않고도 차량의 조건과 동일한 상태에서 안전벨트를 시험하게 되어 개발기간을 단축함은 물론 정확한 실험결과에 따라 품질을 향상시킬수 있도록 된 것이다.

제3도는 본 발명에 따른 시험장치에 전방 안전벨트가 장착된 제1실시예,
제4도는 본 발명에 따른 시험장치에 후방 안전벨트가 장착된 제1실시예.

Claims (4)

  1. 이동바퀴(2d)를 구비한 지지대(2a)의 끝에 수직하게 구비된 컬럼부(2b)와 측정부(3)를 지지하기 위한 보조지지대(2c)로 구성된 프레임(2)과, 이 프레임(2)에 안전벨트 착용시 동일하게 경사지도록 된 측정부(3) 및, 이 측정부(3)의 반대쪽 프레임(2)에 안전벨트가 취부된 간격과 동일하게 서로 일정간격을 두고 전/후방 리트랙터 취부부재(5, 6)와 디링취부부재(7)로 구성되어진 차량용 안전벨트의 시험장지 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 선바이저(3)장착 구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디링취부부재(7)를 기준으로 전방 리트랙터 취부부재(5)의 간격(H)이 약 500㎜ 간격으로 되고, 후방 리트랙터 취부부재(6)의 간격(H)이 약 460㎜간격으로 되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 안전벨트 시험장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 후방 리트랙터 취부부재(6)는 컬럼부(2b)의 장착점을 기준으로 약 240㎜ 간견(L)으로 제1 및 제2취부부(6a, 6b)가 형성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 안전벨트의 시험장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측정부(3)가 안전벨트 착용시와 동일한 조건이 되도록 약 45도 간격으로 경사짐과 더불어 측정결과를 확인하도록 길이 방향을 따라 눈금부(3b)가 새겨진 측정대(3a)와, 이 측정대(3a)의 양 끝에서 연결끈(3d)과 결합되어 측정대(3a)를 따라 이동되어지는 푸쉬게이지 받침대(4)로 구성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 안전벨트의 시험장치.
