Abstract
본 발명은 전자식 감응 클러치 제어장치에 관한 것으로서, 클러치 페달의 로드 일측에 위치센서가 부착되고,이 위치센서에 클러치 페달의 답입량을 측정하는 포텐션 메터가 연결되며, 상기 포텐션 메터의 출력값을 입력받는 전자제어장치의 출력신호에 따라 솔레노이드 밸브가 개폐되고, 상기 솔레노이드 밸브에는 진공탱크의 진공압력에 의해 작동되는 진공실린더가 진공호스에 의해 연결되며, 상기 진공실린더에 의해 작동하는 마스터 실린더를 파워 실린더에 근접 설치함으로써, 배관의 길아가 짧아짐에 따라 파워 실린더의 응답시간이 단축되어 엔징의 회전력을 정확하게 제어할 수 있고, 마스터 실린더에 연결된 연결파이프가 제거되어 정비성이 향상되며, 특히 자가진단이 가능한 단순 구조의 매카니즘을 실현할 수 있다.The present invention relates to an electronic sensitive clutch control device, wherein a position sensor is attached to one side of a rod of a clutch pedal, and a position meter for measuring the depression amount of the clutch pedal is connected to the position sensor, and the output value of the position meter is connected.
