Abstract

규정치 이상으로 조이는 경우에 머리부분이 헛돌게 하여 볼트를 더 이상 조일 수 없도록 함으로써, 볼트의 절손을 방지하고, 토오크 렌치를 사용할 필요가 없게 되는 바, 작업상 편리함을 줄 목적으로; 숫나사부가 형성된 나사봉과, 이의 상단으로 형성되는 머리부를 분리형으로 형성하되, 상기 나사봉과 머리부를 조임력이 규정치 이상일 때 절손되면서 머리부가 헛돌도록 결합시켜 주는 제1록킹부와; 상기 제1록킹부의 절손시 나사봉과 머리부를 결합시켜 주는 제2록킹부를 포함하여 이루어지는 과조임 방지용 볼트를 제공함에 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 숫나사부가 형성된 나사봉과, 이의 상단로 형성되는 머리부를 분리형으로 형성하되, 상기 나사봉과 머리부를 조임력이 규정치 이상일 때 절손되면서 머리부가 헛돌도록 결합시켜 주는 제1록킹부와; 상기 제1록킹부의 절손시 나사봉과 머리부를 결합시켜 주는 제2록킹부를 포함하여 이루어지는 과조임 방지용 볼트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1록킹부는 중간부 일측에 소직경부가 형성된 고정부재가 머리부의 일측을 관통하는 관통공과, 이와 동일선상으로 나사봉에 소정의 깊이로 형성되는 요입홈에 삽입되어 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 과조임방지용 볼트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제2록킹부는 상기 제1록킹부의 반대측의 나사봉에 소정깊이로 형성되는 요입홈에 외측으로 상기 광통공에 대응 삽입될 수 있는 돌기를 슬라이더와, 이를 항시 외측으로 밀어내는 탄발력을 발휘하는 탈발부재를 포함하여 이루어지는 과조임 방지용 볼트.
